I understand that life happens, so my cancellation policy is here to help us keep lessons consistent while being fair to everyone’s time.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson to avoid being charged.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee, except in cases of emergency or illness.

• If illness or an emergency comes up, please let me know as soon as you can so we can make arrangements.

 

Missed Lessons

• No-shows (no communication before the lesson) will be charged the full lesson fee.

 

Teacher Cancellations

• If I need to cancel, I’ll give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible and will offer to reschedule your lesson within the same week.

• If we can’t find a time that works, the lesson will simply be skipped for that week.
